The International BRCA1/2 Carrier Cohort Study (IBCCS)

NKI (participant 9) is responsible for IBCCS. IBCCS is an international cohort study of carriers of BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations (http://www-gep.iarc.fr/ibccs/). It currently includes >4,000 carriers from 11 countries. Data on lifestyle risk factors, medical and family history, comparable to that available through BCAC, have been collected through a common questionnaire.
